Beyound Office Project

This project was constructed by SQUAD contracting, our main role was in this project is to build, manage and maintain the deliverables to our client.

We had a very beautiful journey with the client, since this one was his first new relocation project. The happy moment was when the client celebrate his opening date with the statement “the deliverables of the project was above my expectation”

Residential Compound Villa

This project was managed by our team, our main role in this project was to apply engineering consultation services and verify all deliverables from the contractor into the client. There was a tiny role in our duties to redesign some of the area of the project.

As of end of 2021, the project is under testing and commissioning phase.

MEP

This project was constructed by UTC contracting, our main role in this project was to manage and maintain the deliverables to MEP.

We represented the owner as managing the engineering consultant and main contractor and other vendors to construct 14 floors in Tamkeen Tower in Riyadh. The project took 14 months to complete.

Darat AlQahwah Coffee Shop

A very unique client with fast track project. The client attempted to design and construct several kiosk in Jeddah. Our main role in this project to design and mange the contractor to achieve the result as the client wish.

A residential private project located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Our main role in this project was to construct only core and shell, in addition to mange the project.
